I am an independent Wedding Celebrant based in Worcestershire, but also cover Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire and Essex
Following my redundancy during covid 2019, I found myself revaluing my work path, and having always wanting to be a wedding planner, I decided to follow my dreams. As soon as I saw an advert with words, wedding, love, dreams, ceremony, personal, with the Academy of Modern Celebrancy, I knew this was meant for me. I am very much a 'people person' and having a sales background, this was perfect. I have always created poems for family and friends, so being able to let my creative juices run wild to tell your love story, is not a job, its an absolute passion! I love that first meeting, when I start to ask you questions, and you both begin to remember and get that ‘giddy’ feeling when you re-live those magical moments, which had been perfectly ‘banked’ away, and suddenly one by one, you both reveal them to me… I get goose bumps every time!
For me, I am so much more than just your celebrant, I will be by your side, guiding you, advising you and if you need help with your vows, readings or even song choice, then I have ‘Julies Jewels’ that you will both love! Three words – Calm, Perfection, Promise
Calm- I will make sure everything and everyone is relaxed and ready to enjoy your ceremony
Perfection – I will have copies of any vows, readings, tissues etc., and make sure your day runs smoothly
Promise – I will deliver the most memorable ceremony you could have wished for on your special day
As soon as you book me to be your celebrant, I will be there by your side, guiding you both right up until the moment when I introduce you as a married couple, and so the next chapter will begin…..

- Family and friends can also be included in your ceremony with some unique rituals, allowing you both to spread the love that you both share to everyone at your ceremony

Meet the Organiser
I’m Julie and I am an independent wedding celebrant, ready to get to know you both, to listen to your story, to hear about your vision for your day, and to deliver the most perfect, special, memorable wedding ceremony created especially for you. As much as you get excited chatting about how you both met, when you fell in love, and where and when the proposal took place, I get excited listening to all the stories that you will tell me, as this is the start of your ‘Love Story’ that I will create for your special day. There is a quote “Love doesn’t make the world go round, Love is what makes the ride worthwhile” and I will make sure that your journey from start to end is the most memorable you could wish for. My style? I absolutely love the ‘rustic’ wedding, but also love a ‘grandeur’ wedding in a stunning venue, I have to admit that I look equally good in wellie boots (if required) as I do in high heels! I love to ‘think outside the box’ at different and unique ways to add that extra touch to a ceremony, which we may have discussed, or may be a complete surprise! and that comes from the trust that is built up between us both which is really important. In my spare time, I love arts and crafts, which depending on your ceremony style, I can ‘add’ to make your day even more special. I also love to write poems, whether funny or poignant, but trust me, I will have your loved ones in tears of joy and laughter – oh, and I also supply personalised tissues too!
